Kai Trump, the granddaughter of President Donald Trump, has some explaining to do.

Trump has sparked backlash from Taylor Swift fans, who are accusing her of copying Travis Kelce’s logo.

The 18-year-old golfer, who is just months away from her college career at the University of Miami, has launched a sweatshirt collection that is making Travis Kelce fans do a double-take.

She wore one of the sweatshirts when she accompanied her grandfather to the Ryder Cup over the weekend.

The sweatshirt was emblazoned with her initials, KT, the logo used on her new merchandise.

“Live now at Kaitrump.shop (link in bio)! This collection is something I’ve dreamed about for a long time, and I’m so grateful it’s finally here,” Kai Trump wrote.

“Launching this line has been such an exciting project. From the quality of the fabric to the details in the designs, I wanted to create a piece that isn’t just merch but a staple you can wear anywhere. There are Clean pieces you can mix, match, and make your own. I can’t wait to see how you style them!”

Here you can see just how similar her logo looks to Travis Kelce’s logo:

Kelce created the logo for his clothing brand, Tru Kolors, when he launched the line in 2019.

Things got so much more mainstream in 2025 when his brand collaborated with American Eagle, which featured a new interlocking “TK” logo in the collection.

Kai Trump To Continue Golfing Career At The University of Miami

President Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai Trump, loves golf.

Earlier this year, Charlie Woods and Trump had utterly different experiences at the 41st Nicklaus Junior Championship. Charlie Woods and Kai Trump both competed at the 41st Nicklaus Junior Championship at the Tequesta Country Club in Tequesta, Florida.

Woods finished sixth in a field of 122 golfers in the boys division with an even-par score. Trump finished the tournament at 17-over, placing her in a tie for 21st in the girls division.

Trump was ranked No. 530 in the American Junior Golf Association, which was actually a huge jump from a previous high of 815th.

The competitive junior golfer who plays for her high school team plans to continue her golfing journey when she attends the University of Miami.
