Joe Burrow has gone viral for looking “depressed” while out on the field ahead of his team’s ‘Thursday Night Football” game.

The Bengals faced off with the Steelers in the Week 7 opener and were winning at halftime, having outplayed the visitors over two quarters for a 17-10 lead.

Burrow, who is out with a turf toe injury, was shown standing in a spot all on his own before kickoff. And he did not look happy.

Burrow’s demeanor prompted many reactions, with multiple fans suggesting he’s grown disenchanted with the Bengals.

“It’s tough seeing players go through moments like this. Sending positive vibes to Joe Burrow!” one commented.

“I’d be too if Zac Taylor was my coach,” said another.

“Looks like a bored teenager shopping at the mall with his step mom,” one user joked.

“Books will be written about how the franchise wasted his talents. This is unquestionable,” someone wrote.

“Wouldn’t you be? An elite QB with no offensive line and you’ve missed 3 of 6 seasons bc your owner won’t protect you. Money doesn’t buy happiness when playing the sport you love is all that really matters,” another comment read.

Joe Burrow’s recovery timeline is yet to be determined. While he hasn’t been ruled out for the season, his return date is still unknown.
