Arizona State Player Was Caught In 4K Punching Duke Player In The Junk During Bowl Game [VIDEO]

An Arizona State player punched a Duke player in his sensitive area.

One Arizona State player did not get away with his actions towards a Duke player on the field.

In the middle of the high-scoring affair, Justin Wodtly was caught being bad while at the bottom of a pile. The Sun Devils’ defensive lineman had two Blue Devils players on top of him that he wanted off. To get that done, he saw his only course of action in front of him.

Wodtly could be seen using his left hand to repeatedly punch offensive lineman Justin Pickett in his sensitive area. After two punches, Pickett grabbed the area and started to roll over in pain. Wodtly completed his mission and promptly got up from the field.

It does not appear that the refs saw what the Arizona State player did to the Duke player. Neither team has a game left this season. Any punishment would have to be levied for the 2026 season.

Taking shots to the groin can happen at times. A Texas A&M defender punched a defender right in his junk and was ejected for his actions. Earlier in the season, a referee took a football to the groin.

Duke Blue Devils Defeat The Arizona State Sun Devils

The Blue Devils closed the 2025 season on New Year’s Eve with a victory. Quarterback Darian Mensah threw for 327 yards and four touchdowns. He led the Blue Devils to a 42-39 victory over Arizona State in the Sun Bowl on Wednesday.

For his efforts, Mensah was named the game’s MVP. He was also 29 of 51 passing with an interception. Mensah helped Duke to its fourth straight win and tied a Sun Bowl record for TD passes in a game. The Blue Devils also won nine games for a second consecutive season.

Arizona State was led by quarterback Jeff Sims, who was equally impressive. He was 27 of 38 passing for 375 yards and three touchdowns. According to Fox, the game set Sun Bowl records for combined total offense and most points in a half.

It was an incredible contest where you hated that one team had to lose.
