Steph Curry’s wife, Ayesha Curry, was involved in a confrontation with French Police following Team USA’s gold medal win over France.

Footage has surfaced online showing Curry’s family and Draymond Green arguing with the lawmen after they are stopped from crossing a street.

The point guard’s mother, Sonya Curry, is shown having an exchange with the officers in a clip shared by The Hollywood Fix, alleging that Ayesha’s baby was hit in the head.

Steph’s newborn, Caius Chai, getting hit by one of the policemen is likely to have started the confrontation. Of course, it would have been accidental.

Steph Curry’s Family Was Denied Access To Their Waiting Vehicle

Ayesha and her group were stopped at the roadside while attempting to cross to get to their vehicle. The police refused to let them cross despite pleas from Sonya, who tried explaining that they were only trying to get to their car and that their driver was waiting.

Sonya was also upset at the officers for preventing their driver from coming to meet them where they were.

“How about help us!” she exclaimed.

Ayesha, meanwhile, was seen wiping tears.

Draymon later joined the argument and was heard saying “So even y’all hit the baby in the head there’s still nothing y’all can do to get them out of here?”

Steph Curry was not present while all this was happening and was likely unaware, as he must have been with his Team USA teammates.

There are no details beyond what we can see in the video, but there will likely be more on it over the next day or so.
