On top of becoming infamous, the actions and racist language of a Milwaukee Brewers fan have come at the cost of her job.

The woman who became known as “Milwaukee Brewers Karen” went viral for confronting a Los Angeles Dodgers fan, Ricardo Fosado, during Game 2 of the NLCS at American Family Field.

The woman, since identified as ManpowerGroup Milwaukee employee Shannon Kobylarczyk, called Fosado a “p**sy” and threatened to call ICE (United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement) during the confrontation. Kobylarczyk also takes a swipe at him during the tense scene.

You can see the video below, but be warned, it contains language that is NSFW.

The video of the incident was initially posted by Instagram user @savagecycles87, a friend of Fosado’s. After the video was posted, ManpowerGroup commented and said Kobylarczyk no longer works for their organization.

Kobylarczyk also served as a board member for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin. She has yet to publicly address the incident.

The Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Milwaukee Brewers in the two games at American Family Field. They need just two wins at home to win their second straight NL pennant, and their fourth since 2017.

Ricardo Fosado Breaks Silence On Incident

Speaking to Fox 11 Los Angeles, Ricardo Fosado, a U.S. war veteran, revealed that he and his friend were ejected from the stadium and had to miss the last three innings. When they asked stadium officials why they had to leave, Fosado said, “The only reason they gave anybody is because we’re Dodger fans.”

Fox 11 also reports that Kobylarczyk resigned from her role as a board member of Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.

“I think she just let out her true colors, you know, let herself let it out of baseball and took it out of the cheering into some more personal level,” Fosado told the outlet.

The Milwaukee Brewers also have yet to publicly comment on the incident. But on their website, the Brewers stress that poor fan conduct will not be tolerated, with a warning that such a violation could lead to a person receiving a permanent ban from their stadium.
